Fred (technician) did an awesome job! He was educational and made recommendations that are beneficial without the sales pressure. We are on the maintenance program and couldn't be more happier with the professional service we receive from everyone. Would highly recommend American Comfort.
We had our house flood damaging the HVAC system (units and ductwork). Everything had to be replaced. American Comfort did a great job and their price was competitive and fair. Given the extent of the project, there were a lot of trips involved over a long period of time. They were with me throughout the process not only helping us at the home but also helped me work with the city to get the city's permitting and inspection concerns addressed in a timely manner. Big thank to Phillip and his team for all the help.
I have an old unit . They tried to help me the best they could with the most I could spend. Explained thoroughly what they did and what I needed. First time I used them and I will use them again.
