The person that visited us was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected our unit and quickly found the reason of malfunction. Changed the part and also gave us some advice for future problems and how avoid them. We will continue using this company in the future.

Ohhh how the dreaded moment came where the heat of the summer strikes causing, well if you know you know!! It's the little things in life that we take for granted and boy I'll tell you what, sitting at your dinner table after slow roasting a Meal all day long with no AC. It'll make you beg for forgiveness with no end in sight. Being Memorial Day and in classics American fashion I stumbled upon American Comfort and couldn't scroll past it when I saw it. I called thinking there's no way possible I'll be getting an answer but to my surprise A hero named Lewis answered. I explained what was happening and how miserable life was becoming. He was so professional and Comforting reassuring me that I have called on the right place for the job. Putting to rest my fear of the never ending heat wave and sleepless worry of the unexpected catastrophe. With COVID coming to light this past year times have been tough I can't even lie. Having fallen on hard times the stress of the new bill that's presented itself definitely in the forefront of my mind. Lewis's hospitality, client relations and extensive knowledge on the matter clearly with no confusion communicated how it may just be a simple fix. He scheduled a early morning service call for the following day and before my alarm had the chance to ring and wake me to stand fast for the technician to arrive. I was warmly and politely called with an eta from the technician. Promptly there after, again I can't speak enough on the professionalism of the staff of American Comfort, without complicating things or attempting to upsell unnecessary services or equipment. A simple clogged drain was the culprit. He stayed to run a diagnostic on the whole system making sure the issue had been corrected. Every question I had of what I can do to prevent this issue in the future he had a very sharp crisp and clear advise. Needless to say they have a client in me and my rather large Irish family for LIFE. I'm now signing up for their regular maintenance program that's astonishingly to my absolute appreciation extremely affordable. Side note I had the utmost pleasure of speaking with one of the higher management members of American Comfort Mr Chris and you sir run a tight ship. Organization, professional, honest and down right friendly. I could keep going from the short conversations I had with each person I had the luxury of speaking with but I hope this will paint the picture for anyone and everyone on the hunt for a HONEST, FAIR, RELIABLE and PASSIONATE heating an air company. Thank you to everyone once the world calms down I'll have to stop by the office and thank you all in person. After all they just made me feel like I was talking with family. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!
I can't say enough about Daryl the service Technician, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. He genuinely seemed to appreciate our business. He showed the value of what we were paying for. More than I can say for that Putrid R.S.Andrews company in the area for sure
