Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!! Same day service AND the technician was able to locate issues with our system that another company couldn't even after multiple inspections! Technician took time to make sure we clearly understood the issues with our system and what the other company should do to resolve them. It is wonderful to know that there is still a company that truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Wish we had purchased our system from American Comfort! We will definitely use them in the future.

We had 2 other "techs" to come out from our property management company that still left us with no heat. But when American Comfort A.C. was called they sent out Lewis who is very professional, dedicated, and must I add dependable. We had been w/o heat since 1 week before Thanksgiving 2018 and we had 20 degree weather. He was determined and thoughtful of our family being cold. He had to undo the mess the others caused but he got us heat today Jan 2019!! We will forever use American Comfort A.C. thanks Lewis you are the best!!
Honest, fast, attention to detail, and all round top notch service! I recommend them over anyone in Metro Atlanta, and I am a National Leasing Director for a large Atlanta based company who leases more than 3,500 units per month. American comfort is the only company I will hire to work on my heating and air.
