American Comfort Heating and Cooling has been out to service our air conditioner twice (failed TXV replacement and leak detection/repair), and both visits have been overwhelmingly positive. The main reasons for this impression is because of how professional their service technicians have been. They are very respectful of our home (they always wear shoe covers indoors), take the time to explain their findings and the prescribed remediation, and are very thorough in implementing the repair. We know this from speaking to the technicians and seeing how complete their work documentation is (including photos, tests performed, recorded temperature and system pressure readings). They are VERY thorough. In addition to the quality of their work, their technicians have been very friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
I don't believe they are the lowest cost service out there, but we feel that the cost is reasonable for the level of service provided. They have never been pushy about selling any additional services and have always presented all repair options available to us. We are always hoping never to have to call for HVAC service, but are happy to know American Comfort will come through for us when needed. Five stars all the way!

A++ Great set of guys to work with. I subscribed to their maintenance place and saved a bunch on my repair! Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

Lewis was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk through my options for HVAC and hot water heater replacement. The techs that replaced my water heater were great as well and pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend them.
